Application Privacy Notice

Purpose and data minimization

The application is designed to process only candidate information needed for a configured notice workflow, such as name, email, jurisdiction, job reference, linked hiring tool, notice status, and delivery events. It is not designed to store resumes, Social Security numbers, demographic data, assessment scores, interview notes, background checks, or medical data.

Customer control

Customers determine the notice workflows, templates, candidate data entered, retention choices, and users authorized to access their workspace. Notice Tracking does not use customer candidate data to make employment decisions.

Service boundary

Notice Tracking preserves workflow records for customer-approved notice processes. It does not provide legal advice, determine whether a law applies, or certify compliance.
