Processing purpose

Notice Tracking processes customer-configured candidate-notice workflow information to provide template control, configured sends, delivery-event recording, access-controlled workspace records, and evidence exports.

Customer instructions

The customer controls the purpose and means of its candidate-notice workflow, candidate data, templates, authorized users, and retention decisions. The customer is responsible for ensuring that its instructions and data use are lawful.

Security overview

Notice Tracking is designed around data minimization, tenant-scoped records, access roles, controlled approvals, append-only workflow records, protected webhooks, and export minimization. Review the current Security & Privacy overview for implementation details.
