Notice records

Notice Tracking is designed to preserve configured notice workflow records, including template version, send activity, provider-returned events, and exports. The appropriate retention period depends on the customer's legal and business requirements.

Deletion requests

Deletion or closure requests are evaluated against the customer's instructions, contractual terms, legal obligations, and the need to preserve applicable workflow records.

Export minimization

Exports are intended to include the workflow record needed for review without adding unnecessary candidate information outside the configured notice process.
