Why Notice Tracking exists
Many organizations already have recruiting systems, email tools, shared drives, spreadsheets, and approved compliance language. The problem is that these systems often do not produce one clean record showing what notice was sent, when it was sent, which notice version was used, and what delivery status was returned. Notice Tracking is designed to solve that narrow operational problem.

What we believe
Compliance workflows should be simple enough for operations teams to use, structured enough for audit review, and narrow enough to avoid unnecessary system complexity. Staffing agencies should not need to replace their ATS or build a custom internal compliance system just to preserve candidate notice records. Notice Tracking exists to provide that missing layer.
