About Notice Tracking

Notice Tracking was built for staffing agencies and high-volume employers that use automated hiring tools and need a cleaner, more reliable way to manage candidate notice workflows.

Why Notice Tracking exists

Most organizations already have recruiting systems, email tools, shared drives, spreadsheets, and approved compliance language. What they usually do not have is one clean record showing what notice was sent, when it was sent, which version was used, and what delivery status came back. Notice Tracking exists to solve that narrow operational problem without asking teams to rebuild everything else.

What the platform does

The platform helps teams manage approved notice templates, route candidate notices, record delivery activity, preserve event history, and export audit-ready evidence packets that are easier to review later.

Template control

Approved notice templates are versioned and managed before use.

Notice routing

Candidate notices are generated from approved templates and routed through a controlled workflow.

Delivery tracking

Provider-returned delivery events are recorded where available.

Event history

Compliance-relevant actions are preserved in an append-only event log.

Evidence exports

Teams can generate structured PDF and CSV records when evidence is needed.

What we believe

Compliance workflows should be simple enough for operations teams to use, structured enough for audit review, and focused enough that they do not create another giant system to maintain. Staffing agencies should not need to replace an ATS or build a custom internal tool just to preserve candidate notice records. Notice Tracking exists to provide that missing layer.

Product boundaries

Notice Tracking does not provide legal advice, determine whether a law applies, certify compliance, audit algorithmic bias, evaluate hiring models, or replace an ATS.
