About Notice Tracking

Notice Tracking was built for staffing agencies and high-volume employers running AI screening, who needed a better answer than a spreadsheet when someone asked what a candidate was sent.

Why Notice Tracking exists

You already have an ATS, an email tool, a shared drive and approved wording from your counsel. What is usually missing is one clean record of which notice reached which candidate, on what date, in which version, and what the provider said back. That is the gap Notice Tracking fills, and it is the only one it sets out to fill.

What the platform does

Five things, and they are all the same job seen from different angles.

Template control

Your counsel's wording, versioned, with every earlier version kept.

Notice routing

Notices build from an approved template and go out through one controlled path.

Delivery tracking

What the email provider reports back, recorded against the candidate.

Event history

Every action lands in a log that can be added to but never rewritten.

Evidence exports

A PDF or CSV whenever a client, your counsel or an agency asks.

What we believe

A notice workflow should be simple enough that a coordinator can run it on a Monday morning, and solid enough that it still answers questions four years later. Getting that should not cost you your ATS or six months of in-house build time.

Who handles the rest

Your counsel decides what the law requires and approves the wording. Your bias auditor handles any audit of the hiring model. Your ATS keeps the candidates and the placements. Notice Tracking takes the notice, the delivery record and the export.
